Get Well Connected with Rally
CenturyLink's wellness program, Well Connected, helps you take charge of your overall wellbeing with various resources. The Well Connected program can improve your wellbeing and you can earn up to $600 ($500 for Qwest Represented employees) each year for you and your eligible spouse/domestic partner. Please note: Qwest Represented spouses/domestic partners are not eligible for Rally rewards. Learn more about Rally, earning and redeeming your rewards, Cor Medical onsite clinics, and even our Living Well Award for employees who live the Well Connected lifestyle.
Take charge of your health with preventive health screenings such as annual wellness visits and biometric screenings. These annual screenings are at no cost to you, provide a Rally reward, and can help you detect health risks before it’s too late. Also, depending on your age and gender, you may be due for a mammogram, colon screening or cervical cancer screening which also provides Rally rewards. Other ways to be preventive include flu shots and other vaccinations found in the Preventive Care Guidelines.
Improve your Chronic Conditions
Did you know that diabetes, heart disease, obesity, musculoskeletal, and cancer are the top five conditions that CenturyLink employees face? If you need a dedicated nurse for your condition, need a second opinion, or want to enroll in other programs to help you, find all of the resources offered to you right here such as 2nd MD, dedicated Resource Pages and more.
Be an Active Spouse
Eligible spouses/domestic partners can participate and earn rewards through Rally just like employees. Participate with your spouse/domestic partner, earn double the rewards, and get healthy together. Learn how to enroll, which activities spouses are eligible for, and how your spouse can receive their Rally rewards. Get support from your spouse/domestic partner to live a healthier life and make better choices, but make sure to have fun while doing it. Please note: Qwest Represented spouses/domestic partners are not eligible for fitness reimbursement or Rally rewards.
Be Resilient - Thriving Through Challenges
Resilience is arguably the most valuable skill to have in life especially in a world where employees are often connected to work 24/7. It’s now more important than ever to be more resilient. CenturyLink has increased the resources available for resiliency and mental health. We offer the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Rally Missions, and Coaching to help you tackle the ups and downs of life. If you are in the Monroe, Littleton, or Broomfield (coming soon) locations, you can schedule an appointment with an onsite counselor too.
Be Financially Secure!
Wellness does not have to be all about physical wellness. CenturyLink wants you to be financially well too. You may be early in your career and need help with simply setting a budget, but you may be getting closer to retirement age and be reassured that you are financially secure for that big retirement day. We offer multiple financially related programs such as myFiTage (Financially Independent Target Age), tuition assistance, and more. No matter where you are in your financial journey, we have a program to help you.
Get Your Flu Shot
Get your Flu shot! You can avoid illness by getting the flu vaccine at no cost to you. To help you stay healthy, CenturyLink is offering the Walgreens Voucher Program and the Retail Vaccination Program.
