CenturyLink’s Well Connected program is designed to help you achieve a state of balance in your personal and professional life. It doesn’t matter if you are working on your physical wellness, financial wellness, or another area, CenturyLink's wellness program is designed to help you live a balanced and optimal life. The Well Connected program provides access to a number of resources and activities to support your optimal health and performance.

REMINDER: The Rally Health Survey and Biometric Screening are both required by November 30th of each year to earn all other wellness rewards. Register online through RALLY.

CenturyLink's wellness program, Well Connected, helps you take charge of your overall wellbeing with various resources. The Well Connected program can improve your wellbeing and you can earn up to $600 ($500 for Qwest Represented employees) each year for you and your eligible spouse/domestic partner. Please note: Qwest Represented spouses/domestic partners are not eligible for Rally rewards. Be Preventive

Take charge of your health with preventive health screenings such as annual wellness visits and biometric screenings. These annual screenings are at no cost to you, provide a Rally reward, and can help you detect health risks before it’s too late. Also, depending on your age and gender, you may be due for a mammogram, colon screening or cervical cancer screening which also provides Rally rewards. Other ways to be preventive include flu shots and other vaccinations found in the Preventive Care Guidelines.

Being tobacco free is an important step in preventing long-term health risks. CenturyLink provides several tobacco cessation resources such as coaching and Rally Missions at no cost to you to help employees and eligible dependents quit the habit. Spouses/domestic partners and dependents age 18+ who are enrolled in a CenturyLink medical plan can participate in the tobacco cessation coaching. Learn about the different resources, Rally rewards, and the tobacco-free discount if you are enrolled on a CenturyLink medical plan.

If you enjoy living a healthy lifestyle or can help coordinate onsite events for our wellness program, then join the Wellness Champion team and be an advocate for wellness. Some of the events that Wellness Champions help with include scheduling the onsite biometric screenings, health fairs, onsite flu shots, and more. Help your coworkers with their wellness journey by bringing awareness of our program to them and have fun all at the same time.
